I took on a young work experience lad about 18 months ago at LBWF. He was part of an initiative to help young adults get into work. We then took him on to cover an engineers 6 month career break and he reported into Kevin. He's just been awarded LBWF Employee of the year. They had a big ceremony and he got £250 worth of vouchers to spend. He's over the moon and still with LBWF. However I suspect a lot of his work ethic, helpfulness and personality around staff will have been taught by Kevin who mentored him closely.
